Ragu Bhargava


Ragu Bhargava is an experienced financial executive, entrepreneur, and leader in providing outsourced and in-sourced finance, accounting, staffing and HR services to companies worldwide. He has broad expertise in finance and accounting management, including compliance and HR issues globally.

Ragu founded Global PEO Services to meet the need for agility to manage all the complex challenges of staffing up new foreign offices while still driving the core business forward. Ragu gained his early experience in finance and audit at Deloitte & Touche LLP, before serving in various leadership roles at NetIQ and Actividentity, and his role as CEO of Global Upside.

Adam Sheffield


Adam Sheffield brings 15+ years of experience partnering with organizations on how they can stay focused on their key initiatives. He is a strategically driven business leader who is focused on creating opportunities for organizations in new, emerging, and complex markets. Throughout his career, Adam has excelled in helping clients navigate global workforce complexity by providing HCM insights and analytics.

Adam has held a variety of sales leadership roles for ADP, the country’s largest outsourced payroll processor, including his role as Vice President of Sales, Global Enterprise Solutions, for ADP.

Gita Bhargava


Gita Bhargava has almost two decades of business operations experience, with a strong focus on growth development while maintaining high levels of quality, client service, and client satisfaction as COO of Global Upside. Gita has served as a consultant to enterprise technology firms including Aruba Networks, Trimble Navigation, and Redback Networks. She has also served as the controller for Chipshot, Inc. and corporate controller for eHome.

Roy Avondet


Roy Avondet brings more than 40 years of experience as a consulting CFO, Senior Advisor at Global Upside and partner at Deloitte. While at Deloitte, Roy was Managing Partner of Deloitte’s Silicon Valley office for eight years from 1995 to 2003 helping grow revenues fivefold as Deloitte worked with many leading global technology companies. During 2003 and 2004 he established an assurance practice in Hyderabad, India, with 300 chartered accountants. The practice continues to grow as part of Deloitte’s US-India Region of nearly 12,000 employees.

Since his retirement from Deloitte in 2006, Roy has consulted with companies in strategy, finance and accounting matters. His consulting activities have included CFO responsibilities across various industries, successful rebrandings, private equity investments, and acquisition and business strategy.

Spencer Brown


Spencer Brown is a sales and business development expert with over 20 years of global leadership experience in high-growth companies. A true entrepreneur at heart, he is both thoughtful and tenacious in designing strategy and mentoring teams that forge strong client relationships and transform the way businesses manage growth. Spencer is also very active in the community and serves as a director on a charitable board, Love Thy Neighbor, providing local and international humanitarian aid and service.

Most recently, he was Global Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Pluralsight, where he helped the company achieve a compounded annual growth rate of over 80% during his tenure, while seeing the organization named to the Inc. 5000, Forbes Cloud 100, and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Lists.

Rohit Lohia


Rohit Lohia is the Managing Director of India operations for Global PEO Services. As Managing Director, he is responsible for all India operations including team building, people management, process implementation, and delivery to the company’s worldwide client base.

Prior to Global PEO Services, Rohit served as Assistant Finance Controller of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd (NSE JPASSOCIAT), an INR150 billion diversified infrastructure industrial conglomerate.

Nandita Verma


Nandita Verma manages worldwide marketing, corporate communications, and public relations for Global PEO Services. She is responsible for creating and delivering integrated global marketing plans that engage customers and help grow demand for Global PEO Services. Nandita’s mantra is to create conversations that build brands and keep organizations engaged with their people.

Prior to Global PEO Services, Nandita led the marketing team at SocialTwist, a customer engagement platform leveraged by several leading brands, including 50 of the world’s Fortune 500 companies. She helped build a marketing organization from scratch for a global expansion services provider, where her efforts enabled the company to grow revenue by 100%.
